Gurmet Sailing - Cookbook for Sailors and Mariners
This book was published in 2010, by Mladinska Kniga, as an addition to the big Ocean encyclopedia.
It was meant to be, and it is, like a manual to sailors for preparing their menus and food arangements of their teams for 7 days sailing tours, organized by our sailing club, PAMPUR, from Skopje Macedonia.
But the recipes are quick and applicable in every day kitchen as well. Also the advises for keeping food fresh, for organizing food... good for everyone that appreciate their kitchen as as significant playground :).
The recipe part of the book was made as an extractions of the captain's logs of all the teams participating in our club. The gurmet part of the sailing tours is very important and significant part, so it seamed so natural to take a quick look to this part of the life of evry team :).
That was the concept that we (me and my friend Gordana Celebic) had on mind when we started this project. And we did actually cooked all the recipes, and took all the photos.
This was my first serious photo engagement. And a very valuable as well.
For the time being it is still available only in Macedonian, as the target was macedonian market.
However it is optional re-publishing in other languages.
